Palazzo Nainer Hotel Rome, Rome

My stay at Palazzo Nainer was truly good. The central location made exploring the city so easy, being just steps away from major attractions. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff, especially Pamela and Madeline, added a personal touch that made me feel valued. However, I did find the breakfast service a bit limited as it’s buffet style and there's no room service for it – just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Nainer for three nights and had a good experience. The hotel’s location was excellent, just steps away from the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, making sightseeing a breeze. The room was cozy, though I found it a bit small and functional rather than spacious. The service was one of the highlights, with staff like Pamela and Madeline going above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and well-cared-for.

Staying at Palazzo Nainer was a treat! The location is spot-on, just a short walk to major spots like Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps, while still being away from the touristy hustle.
